FIVE LAUNCH PHASES

Keep the workstreams separate until they are actually closed

A strong launch file connects product scope, evidence, operator roles, physical and online presentation and market administration instead of treating one CE document as the whole answer.

Use the roadmap to know what to investigate next

Your Europe explains product obligations by economic-operator role. Access2Markets adds import conditions, customs and destination-market context. The planner links those broader sources with the product-specific checkers on this site.

LAUNCH PLANNER FAQ

What this roadmap does — and does not — decide

Is this the same as the compliance scanner?

No. The scanner maps product facts to likely rules and evidence gaps. The launch planner organises the work into a sequence from scope and supplier evidence through labels, market administration, listing and post-market readiness.

Can I use the planner before I know every applicable EU rule?

Yes. Use it to expose open workstreams, then use the scanner and linked official sources to resolve the legal scope of each relevant task.

Does the planner cover customs and tariffs?

It flags import readiness but does not calculate tariff classification, duty or origin. For those questions, use the European Commission Access2Markets tools linked on this page.
